Mark Gorholt
Chief Executive Officer
Degree in Economics, Trier University, Germany
Mr Gorholt has over 18 years of experience in real estate and private equity. He started his professional career at KPMG in Luxembourg in the field of auditing, and has held several managerial positions in Luxembourg's financial centre.
He currently holds several board mandates, is CSSF licensed for regulated funds and has led Hemingway Solutions as CEO since 2022.
Marie-Reine Barth

Ms Barth has over 12 years of experience in real estate and private equity. She has managed multiple Luxembourg real estate investment vehicles for clients in the US, UK and Europe. She has extensive practical experience in cross‑border investment structures, financing, and transaction execution, bringing strong corporate, regulatory and governance oversight to Hemingway Solutions.
